Servef Offices
Valencia Service Employment and Training. Gandía, Valencia
Amongst housing developments and between party walls a building with character is planned. This building is capable of claiming its public nature through formal quietness, its straightforward design and its construction abstraction.
The metal structure of the building is solved with a single opening, as shown by a front portico.
During day time the building shows a neutral plane inside a portico, which clearly defines the building’s limits. Placed among housing developments, the interior light demands at night the attention that a public building deserves.
Spaces work as passage ways, with cross ventilation and shading. This gives a good temperature conditioning level with energy efficient and environmentally sustainable budgets.
