The location gives value and uniqueness to this work of architecture.

Three are three tools which organize the project among palm trees: the wall, the structure and courtyards:

- An ochre coloured wall, which commemorates Arab stonemasonry techniques, serves as a link, flowing among palm trees in a continuum sequence, as well as looking for the possibilities which accommodate the building.

- Above the wall and palm trees, the order of the structure imposes itself: rational, strict, without concessions.

- The silence from the courtyards finishes fitting the pieces together and provides an adequate rhythm between open and close spaces.

The project is mainly developed at ground level. In the two only possible spaces, we raise two geometrical prisms made of white concrete, steel and glass. From them we gain a new view of the palm grove…a sea of palm trees.
