We put forward a single space with the implantation of landscape office system, achieving one clear space and a versatile distribution of work spaces.

The main facade is established as a stretched and translucent plane that hides subsequent work spaces which open towards the street. Each floor has a completely glazed second layer providing working areas with maximum light.

To the west, the rear façade needs more sun protection. Therefore, we projected a horizontal windows façade, protected by movable aluminium slats. The sun light control capability on both façades and gaining as much sunlight as possible, improve the building’s sustainability conditions.
