Terraced houses

Images seek to raise the double reading that comes up in this project: the building as a whole and the individual housing units within it. Thus, in the South block, the continuous image of the façade, completely flat, is compensated on the staircase by the small protruding coffers above the upper limit of this plane. However, this resource is unnecessary in the North block because homes within a level are staggered in a graduated scale arrangement. This sufficiently ensures the reading of each unit within the whole set. In this last block, closer to the golf course, the staggering of terraces also helps reducing the scale of the building.
